    World War I British military mail: 1 OCT 18 Field Service pc ex 66th Division (near Cambrai, France) to Manchester, UK pmk'd by the unit's divisional train; unfranked
    as military mail. The 66th was moving into position to participate in the 2nd Battle of Cambrai (5 Oct. 1918). The "Divisional Train" provided horse-drawn transport for the
    Division: it was usually comprised of a small 'Train Headquarters', one 'Headquarters Company', three other Horse 'Transport Companies' and a contingent of other troops
    (known as Army Troops).
