Olympic Medal
Artem Dolgopyat won an Olympic medal in gymnastics. He started
training in the gym in Hadar Yosef when he was twelve years old.
Gymnastics is an important sport at the Olympics, but not many people in
Israel know it. Because of Artem's Olympic medal, more people are
interested in this sport. Professional athletes in Israel have many
problems. Dolgopyat himself used to travel for training on buses. He also
trains in a place that does not suit his level. Now [they] hope that Artem’s
medal can do to gymnastics what Yael Arad and Arik Ze’evi did to Judo.
