HEAT TREATING

Ward Heat Treating is a non-captive production facility that provides timely, cost effective services for aluminum
heat treating. Our heat treating facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the capacity to heat treat
750,000 pounds per week.

We have two 96’ automated roller-hearth solution furnaces, two electric batch furnaces, six artificial aging and

stress relieving ovens, which extend the capabilities for specialty treatments. A twin-screw electromechanical
universal material testing machine performs tension and compression testing. This meets the industry standard
and advanced Metallurgical testing capabilities while utilizing a closed loop system.
