NOTES:
• Financing has been identified/committed for each of the projects.
• Projects are largely sidewalks and streetscapes within public right-of-way and the community center owned by the City. Grabill does have a building with an awning in
the right-of-way that will need to be addressed.
• A purchase agreement contingent on Stellar designation has been secured by Keller Development for the Kady Gene Cove Site. Right-of-way is needed for the
Meadowbrook Trail from one property owner with no issues anticipated.
• Red flag surveys were conducted by NIRCC on all projects aside from the Meadowbrook Trail which is currently undergoing a NEPA environmental review.
No significant environmental issues anticipated.
• Conceptual design and cost estimates complete on all projects. Architectural and engineering will commence after designation.
• OOR, Meadowbrook Trail and the Woodburn Streetscape Project are the three construction projects anticipated to be under construction first.
