East Allen’s Rural Revival Regional Development Plan will fall under the oversight of the NewAllen Alliance Board of Directors and the Chief Elected Officials of each
community. Staffing from the NewAllen Alliance, Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council, Allen County, City of New Haven, Town of Leo-Cedarville, and City/Town
Engineers under contract with the City of Woodburn, Town of Grabill, and Town of Monroeville will oversee the implementation of the plan. This team is well established, and
well qualified to successfully carry out the complexity of this regional plan.
