Wilmer DeLagrange, Grabill Town Council President: Paul Stephens, Leo-Cedarville Town Council President:
Wilmer DeLagrange has been a member of the Grabill Town Council for 27 years. Paul Steffens is a lifelong, fourth-generation resident of Leo-Cedarville. Earning
