                  Wilmer DeLagrange, Grabill Town Council President:        Paul Stephens, Leo-Cedarville Town Council President:
                  Wilmer DeLagrange has been a member of the Grabill Town Council for 27 years.    Paul Steffens is a lifelong, fourth-generation resident of Leo-Cedarville.  Earning
                  During that time, he has built the sustainability of this small town surrounded by a   his nursing degrees from Parkview-Methodist School of Nursing (1978), BSN from

                  through NIRCC.  Wilmer was the previous owner of DeLagrange Decorating, Inc., a   trail master plan. Engagement with other governmental organizations includes
                  painting and drywall company, for 42 years.               membership on the Allen County Emergency Management Advisory Council,
                                                                            the Maumee River Basin Partnership of Local Governments, and the Endorsed
                  Don Gerardot, Monroeville Town Council President:         Products and Education committees for the Advancing Indiana Municipalities (AIM)
                  Don Gerardot has been on the Monroeville Town Council for 35 years.  Mr.   organization (formerly the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns), earning the
