The band was formed by David Frey and Ben McDonald during their time at

Anderson University in Indiana. The band officially got its name in 2003 when they
recorded a demo for an on-campus talent show. The demo was taken to a local

radio station and skyrocketed from there. The group has been nominated for
numerous awards for multi-selling albums and songs such as “The Words I Would
Say” which reached number 3 on the contemporary Christian charts. Going on
multiple sold-out tours worldwide, the group has performed with artists such as

Jeremy Camp and Audio Adrenaline.
