Brock Lange: Most people say family comes first, which for us is easy! Jordan
and I have had babies in the past year, so it's changed their priorities a bit
and has made us reevaluate the number and type of gigs we've been taking
on. But in general, everyone in the band has been able to keep a really good
work-life-band balance, which is key.

MH: What plans do you have for 2023? Is there any new music coming
up?

Jovaniel Rosario: Yes! New music is coming out! We are also stepping up our
game in our live shows. We are all excited to show our followers more and
can't wait to see the impact it has on them.

Kathi McKay: Each year we set band goals. This year we have decided that
we are ready to release a new album. We have had so many incredible
musicians play with us over the years. Jovaniel joined OnesAll a little over a
year ago, and we are excited to add his energy to our new songs. We have
also had a director from Europe that filmed a documentary about our family
band. He followed us around for over a week and documented our writing
process, shows, family life, and conducted interviews. We expect the
documentary to be out by the end of this year.

Jordan Stafford: There is always new music in the works. We are expanding
our production team. This year, we will be adding new elements to the show
including visuals, content, and more guest artist performances.

John Stafford: Besides our live show, we are planning to expand our teaching
studio TimeHarmony. (https://timeharmony.com). We get a lot of our students
from our live shows that are interested in growing their musical knowledge
and experience. Part of our satisfaction comes from helping people find joy in
music -- not only by listening but by learning how to do it more themselves.
