The “I Hear Thunder” tour stormed through Winston-Salem, North Carolina, as
blues guitarists Tab Benoit and Anders Osborne brought the house down! The
two are sharing the stage, playing each other's songs, one after another.
Tab Benoit isn’t a new name on the blues scene. The Baton Rouge native has
played live since 1987 with his trio and has been touring the country since 1991.
Landing a record label deal in 1993 with Justice Records, Benoit released his
first album, What I Live For. Benoit has released fifteen albums, with his last
album being Medicine, released in 2010. However, Tab most recently
announced that a new album will be coming out in 2024. Fourteen years in the
making, I Hear Thunder will be his sixteenth album.
