Calratz continued to play shows in both the Fil-Am and American music scene around LA, along with
some out-of-town gigs. In 2021, they released their first self-titled EP. Featuring two tracks, the EP
represented their “indie spirit” as it was a total DIY project that was recorded and mixed by their very
own Francis Nuega.
Calratz remains active in the music scene and was recently given the opportunity to play at the historic
Whisky a Go Go in West Hollywood, California. Known for their high-energy performances, Calratz takes
their show beyond the usual “fun ska pop punk music” by bringing in heavier rock sounds with the added
flavor of a twist of metal and reggae.
