In 2013, Jeannie teamed up with Carl Acuff Jr. to recreate that unique sound, forming the
"Kendalls Rekindled" show. Even though he does have ties to the Grand Ole Opry performer
named Roy Acuff, Carl Acuff Jr. has been carving his own legacy for the past 23 years. He began
performing in Ozark Mountain Country in 1992, and since that time, he’s performed in 47 states
alongside nationally known recording artists like Chubby Checker, Johnny Rivers, Vince Gill,
Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Diamond Rio, Neal McCoy, Freddie Hart, and more. Since then, he
has released 14 albums, nabbed four charted singles, and even had one submitted for Grammy
consideration in 2003. Carl has 5 Independent country hits in the U.S. and abroad and has won
several awards on his own, including “2011 Entertainer of the Year” and “2011 Male Vocalist of
the Year in the Ozarks.”

Their fans kept asking Jeannie and Carl to record an album together. Well, that has finally
happened in the form of a brand-new CD with all new recordings.
