The middle of the set saw fans quite literally leaning forward into the pull

of Waterparks as they played their song “Magnetic.” Several crowd

surfers in brightly colored sneakers glowing under the black lights made

their way across the floor of MGM. Bouncers guided the crowd surfers

around the barricade back into the crowd where they lined up to do it all

over again.

The band closed with their song “FUNERAL GREY.” Despite the dreary

title of their closing track, fans were seeing nothing but the kaleidoscope

of colors Awsten painted with his lyrics as they exited MGM that night.
