Terraces
The roof is composed of continuous terraces with different
pitches; some are very gentle slopes (less than 1/12),
Lounge allowing wheel chairs to access the top, while some are
big stairs, on which people can sit and enjoy the harbor

views. Gentle slopes are mainly distributed toward the city,
Marketing Exhibition Exhibition whereas stairs are located on East toward the sea. These
external slopes and stairs are connected to interiors on each
floor, providing sub entrances of gallery, which can be also
utilized as emergency escape exits. The terraces overhang
to the next ones below them to create covered spaces where : slope < 1/12 : slope access
people can take refuge in rainy or snowy days. : slope = 1/12 STREET : step access STREET
