ABSTRAC
Our project is a snack type business, in which we will be providing our service, we will sell food as
well as desserts, milkshakes, candy, among others. Through surveys we realized that our ideal
clients are from 16 to 30 years old, so we are going to focus more on that age to characterize the
place at that age. We also made statistics of the foods that could be the best sellers, which are the
following. milkshakes, pizza, frying.
We want the snack to be more modern, so we are going to implement strategies that attract the
customer's attention, one would be the decoration of the place, it will be decorated in a thematic way
in reference to the celebrities of the respective month, the service we want to be the best for that
the client feels in confidence. On the other hand, we will apply the home service, in which we will
have two motorcycles to be able to deliver what the client requests, through an application we will
find out if the client is satisfied or what suggestions they give us, that will be by asking questions in
As for our service, this will be of great help to us as we improve every day.
Regarding our logo, we asked some people for their ideas and suggestions. Most of the people
interviewed told us that the logo we had needed more color, bright colors, more drawings. We
change the logo so that it attracts the customer's attention, we know that colors have a lot to do with
the perspective that the customer creates when they see it.

AGRADECIMIENTO
Gracias a la universidad, gracias por habernos permitido fórmame y en ella, gracias a todas las
personas que fueron participes de este proceso, ya sea de manera directa o indirecta, gracias a
todos ustedes, fueron ustedes los responsables de realizar su pequeño aporte.

El termino gratitud, no siempre es asociado o familiarizado con los maestros, estos en la mayoría
de ocasiones son vistos con desprecio y asociados con personas que castigan o nos obligan a
realizar actividades extracurriculares que causan banalidad en la optimización de nuestro tiempo;
pero la realidad es que estas personas son sumamente importantes en nuestro desarrollo como
personas.

Quiero agradecerles a ellos por cada detalle y momento dedicado, para aclarar cualquier tipo de
duda que nos surgiera, agradecerle por la caridad y exactitud con la que enseño cada clase,
discurso y lección.
