3 Proposed Development
It is proposed to subdivide the section. The viability of constructing a house on the lowlying ground therefore needs to be established. Access will be from Myrtle Drive, at the top of the slope. A proposed scheme to enable site access to be achieved is indicated on Figure 3 in Appendix A.
The site is to be reticulated for domestic effluent and stormwater. It is understood that the required design flood levels for areas adjacent to the harbour are currently being reviewed by the district council.
