V. Course Selection – Agora Community Portal
A. Accessing Agora’s Community Portal
To access the landing page for Agora’s Community portal go to
http://tinyurl.com/agoraportal. This is the same place you go to view report cards.
If you have not created an account, you will need to click under “Don’t have an account?”
to access the Community Portal Application and Acceptable Use Policy Form.
Once you acknowledge the Acceptable Use Form, you will need to complete the
application.
You will be assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will need this, along with
your username and password to access the portal.
o If you forget your password, you can click “Forgot your password” on the log in
screen.
o If you forgot your username or pin, you will need to contact Agora Tech Support.
B. Completing the Course Request Form
Once the Course Request window is open, you will see a message in your community portal
stating the new form is available.
You can access the Course Request Form on the left under “Student Backpack”.
Once you click the form, please read over the instructions and click “Fill Out Course Request
Form”
The Course Request form has multiple sections.
o Required Courses – courses you are required to take to fulfill credit requirements.
For example, you may need a Science course and will have a list of courses you may
