The higher your level of Emotional Intelligence, the greater ability you have to: resolve conflict; promote your ideas; inspire others; be a leader in work environments; and have quality interpersonal relationships.

See yourself in the future through images you place in your vision board.
Add images in your Vision board over time, of a lifestyle you want to experience, places you want to see, or who you want to become in:
• Short term: Now, 6 months and up to a year • Medium term Over a year, and up to 3 years • Longer term: Three to Five years
• Long term: 10 years +
