As a Flight attendant, you will need psychological empowerment. Some of the days will seem too long, and overnights may take you away from those you love and need in your life. Keep top of mind your strengths, weaknesses, talents and skills. This will help you to view yourself through the lens of healthy Self-esteem. By taking measurement of your psychological attributes, through skill
surveys or quizzes, the information gained is useful to understand yourself better, to better position yourself to Conquer the world.

• Birthdays list - Keep a friends and family holiday list, just in case you are away, you can still be part of a celebratory occasion
• Don’t pack valuables you have to keep up with, ex. priceless jewelry
Things to do
While you wait - in crew room or long hotel stays
• Research places to travel with your flight benefits
• Check online for city heat (crime) maps for your Destination. Know,
especially before you go out walking alone
• Take time to figure out how to eat healthy, food prep, or what foods are good
(shelf stable) for packing

• Don’t forget to pack your regular civilian shoes for overnights • When shopping, look for All seasons/Non wrinkle fabrics
