Positive self esteem:-

• Gives one capacity to interact with others
• Gives and individual the capability of respecting others

• Brings creativity and increases productivity at the work place

• Puts of stress and depression

Negative (Low) self-esteem

Negative or low self esteem is the opposite of positive self esteem.

Characteristics of persons with Low Self Esteem

• Self criticism

• Dissatisfaction of oneself

• Overreaction to criticism; they fell angry when corrected,
challenged or opposed

• They are indecisive
