Deposit Policy
The advance payment will be charged when booking the tour program. After you booked the tour program, you have to pay for
the deposit 50% of the price via a Credit card or Debit card within 3 days. If the payment has not yet been made, the reservation
will be automatically canceled. And you will pay another half of the price until the last 14 days before the tour program starts.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tour reservations which appear to be suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
Amendments or cancellations must be made in a notice to the tour operator via official email or contact form on the website.
Cancellation policy
In case you would like to cancel the tour program, we require more than 14 days of cancellation notice prior before your scheduled
arrival date, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee. And you have to fill in the cancellation form and send it to us via our
website or email.
If you send us the cancellation form within the due date required, you can ask for a refund which you can take a look at our
refund policy (on the next page).
The late notice will be charged as below;
10% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 14 to 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival
date.
50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 7 days to 3 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date.
100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes less than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival
date or no show.
