ARTISAN SALAMI CHUBS
The way we make our artisanal slow-cured salami is based on original
160-year-old family recipes that were handed down over 4 generations
to our founder, Oliviero”Olli” Colmignoli. Olli® products are now available
nationwide, in a wide range of outstanding, authentic avors. Our whole chubs
are dusted with “good mold” and come wrapped in airtight packaging, both of
which contribute to optimal freshness.
