Message from President Brown

reetings Sorors,
As the words of the song goes - "give me my flowers while I yet, so that I
may see the beauty in them", sorors I give you a vase overflowing with flow-
ers for the great work that you continue to do!
We continue to provide service, second to NONE to our community! As evidenced with recent
recognition from the Emancipation Association for “determined commitment to serve the city
of Montgomery and the state of Alabama”. It is because of the dedication of so many of you Inside The

that we are able to sustain our superior level of service.

January proved to be a very busy and productive month. We were blessed to be in the pres- Corner
ence of the 16th National President, Dr. Thelma T. Daley, for the celebration of one hundred Emancipation 3
and six years of the founding of our beloved Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. While informing Award

ers, Soror Daley retraced Delta’s history and left us with “pearls of wisdom” and encouraged munity
