P. 6

The playing restrictions if you are an intermediate vs a full member. As an intermediate, being
restricted until after 12:00 was a deterrent and was the big question when I joined (and nearly kept me
from joining). Paying all winter long and not being able to play until after 12:00 is difficult to justify
when you can rarely get 18 holes in due to it being dark by 4:00. This should be addressed,
intermediates can start playing at 11:00, juniors at noon or something.
             Parking lot needs attention
Cost, if not committed to playing regularly
Everything but the course is pretty subpar

Q36.Is there anything else you would like to add?
Love the course, love the staff, love the members, eventually hope to move closer to the course
better quality of sand in green side bunkers
I would like to see more work done on the bunkers rather than focusing on the construction of yellow
tee boxes. I understand the importance of why the club has been implementing yellow tee boxes.
However, as a whole, I think we create more value for our members by taking better care of our
             bunkers.
The best life decision I've made in years was to join GVGC in 2018. I've lost weight, met a new circle
of friends, and actually improved my golf game.
good course conditions and a low price are the only important things to me. all other stuff is bonus
it would be great if the snack shack had some veggie tray's or some fruit - or additional healthy
             choices
Greens get too tough when they become too firm and fast. It's not a fun course for the majority of
golfers. Make the greens more forgiving and more golfers would want to play it.
Having membership work parties could help tackle maintenance the grounds crew just don't have time
for...like all the downed trees last year. I would have been happy to show up with my chainsaw to help
deal with them...and sign a waiver if needed to protect the club. The gun range I'm a member of hosts
work parties regularly. You may also find membership can donate services, materials or heavily
subsidize maintenance efforts thru their businesses for special projects.
The staff seem too comfortable and no one really cares about quality of service.
Friendliness of pro shop staff can be questionable at times
If I could change one thing I would bring in someone to wipe the slate clean in the clubhouse and
bring an entirely new menu and style.

Terrific experience so far. Staff have been helpful and professional. They are a key factor to my
             enjoyment so far.
Absolutely love the club, course, and employees. Extremely happy with what I have been able to get
             out of the club.
I understand that budgetary constrains may limit the early season maintenance on the course. All the
more important for members to care for the course. While appealing to some low handicap golfers,
thicker rough runs against the trend of making golf more fun to play.

I am retired, but busy renovating a house, and traveling. Still evaluating my existence to determine if
full time membership is in the cards. The only negative thing that I can add as a newcomer is that the
course could use more hole signage to navigate green to next tee in a few locations. The course is
             great!
If the bunkers had better sand, the tee boxes were mowed everyday and a walking path from tee boxes
would make the course absolutely amazing.
