• Mixed-use projects require two pro rata shares to correctly allocate
  recoverable CAM costs.

• The first pro rata share is the retail allocation and is used to split
  costs at the property level between the two Yardi projects. If only
  one Yardi project is being utilized, then the retail allocation would be
  applied to the retail expense line items within a single Yardi project
  code (Example: REC Landscape- Contract).

• The second pro rata share is used to determine the tenants’ share of
  retail costs.
