• Greystar has created a web form in RiskMaster to ensure commercial
tenants managed by Greystar have obtained the proper insurance
coverages that meet the requirements in the commercial lease.
• The local team will be required to enter the insurance coverages and
coverage dates found on each commercial tenant’s insurance certificate
in the appropriate fields of the web form.
• Once a compliant insurance certificate is uploaded, the Community
Manager, RPM, and Risk Management will receive a confirmation e-mail
confirming a compliant insurance certificate was successfully uploaded.
