• If tenant’s responsibility, they will need to provide service contract or

  proof of maintenance.
• Restaurants will be required to have grease traps serviced and show

  proof.
• Tenant maintains interior of premises and landlord maintains

  exterior/structural.
• Window cleaning depends on the lease.
