• Upon takeover of the property, determine if all tenants are separately
metered.

• If not, tenant should be billed back their monthly usage.

• Pro rata share works as long as there are not high water users such as
restaurants.

• You may need to install a sub-meter on these tenants to determine usage
(with ownership approval).
