PRELIMINARY SPACE PLAN
Analysis of the preliminary floor plan revealed that in order to get as much natural light in the space as possible, the kitchen should be situated along the side wall to allow for a back window wall and better access to the outdoor seating.
Further review also determined that there should be more separation between the dinning/bar and lounge area for acoustical purposes.
