The other Carrick (Co) had fewer links and existed somewhere outside,
adjacent to Kn and Wh. There it was the principal, if not the only, connec-
tion with skew-symmetrical knots such as the Zeppelin (originally Poor Man's
Pride), Tumbling Thief, Querry and Flemish Bends. Another drum would be
needed for this family. Perhaps they too would be at home on the surface of a
sphere, a smaller one since they were fewer in number. If so, this part of the
knotting universe would resemble Earth and Moon.
