          magazines, and pattern pirating has always been common. The same patterns
          crop up through the decades, sometimes with new authors' names and publish-
          ers, often without referencing their earlier publication venue. The crocheted
          pieces themselves are anonymous and undated. There is still a large amount
          of work to be done in authenticating the history of this craft.
              At a more theoretic level, we have shown that crochet is a fertile field
          for the application of existing computational techniques, and for inspiring the
          development of new methods. Again, there is room for much more exploration
          and learning!
