Logon to ColonialLife.com to access our dedicated website for plan administrators, which includes viewing
or printing your bills, billing correspondence, submitting requests for changes and a variety of other tools!
HRAnswersNow® human resources library is available to you free of charge for being a member of our
website. You will be able to search for answers on laws, how to create employee handbooks and hundreds
of other topics to help your human resource department be successful.
Utilize the Employee Administration feature online for your account to search for employee’s coverage,
request policy reinstatements and cancellations, submit name changes and more!

Logon to My Account Administration website and click on Employee Administration.
How to Relocate a Person to a Different Bill or Section
Logon to My Account Administration website and click on Employee Administration.
Or add a comment on your payroll file or the excel bill and submit online using the Secure File
Transfer tool.
If moving to a different bill, subtract their deduction from the old bill. Include their payment with the
new bill they have relocated to.
How do I reinstate a policy I cancelled in error or with the wrong termination date?
Logon to My Account Administration website and click on Employee Administration to request the
policy to be reinstated or a new term date.
Add an explanation and the employee’s name and amount to your next bill and include the payment
for any missed deduction.
How to Pay Your Bill
Deduction File Submission
Logon to ColonialLife.com, select Secure File Transfer, Send File, for Home Office then Deduction
File. Select your company’s name and Next, then add/upload your saved file and submit.
Upload your electronic payroll file or the excel bill with any premium changes.
Only submit payment for the employees who had a deduction and we will reconcile the bill for you.
Payment Options
Electronically pay your bill online through SameDayPay via My Account Administration website. This
is free of charge for you, no need for paper checks or postage stamps and a quicker payment option.
