Many hands make light work so the saying goes….. and we definitely

saw evidence of that over the last 6 months at our grounds Fr

McNamara Park.

To add another cliché to the mix, its an ill wind that blows no one

any good, Covid-19 was that ill wind, however it afforded us the

opportunity to complete a range of work both on and off the pitch.

Jim Kenny and Mike Duggan oversaw the work and were very ably

assisted by a number of people during the months. The main pitch

has been re-seeded and drainage work completed. The second pitch

was cleared and seeded, and while we have more work to do on the

second pitch, it certainly looks so much better now.
