The front railing was moved forward to allow for a wider sideline and a

footpath has been laid inside the fence. Railing was also erected in front of

the gas tank. Tim McGrath, Mike Duggan, Sean O’Grady, Anne Marie

McGann, Jim Kenny, Conor Dolan, Eanna Mulvihil, Bernard McMahon, Brid

Mac and Joe O’Donnell did trojan work in this.

Martin and Marie Louise Kaiser ensured that all the COVID signage is in

place as well as hand sanitiser stations.

And our electronic scoreboard and clock were also put in place. On the

inside, Brid Mac varnished the benches & jersey rails in the dressing rooms.

So, while we may not have had game activity in Fr McNamara Park for four

months, the place was a hive of activity and much work has been done.

When the decision was made to reduce the Club levy by 50% it was

expected that we would have to put a halt to further development, however

the funds raised with our walk, Clare Camogie to Croker and Back, means

that we can continue to improve our facilities so a huge thank you to

everyone who got behind the fundraiser.
