Problem

Absence of a proper referral system in the company and No proper platform

for self on-boarding of drivers

Overview

Designed an application for driver referrals and driver on-boarding.

Include features like Self-onboarding flow, tracking your referrals, upload

your documents and incentive rewards for different type of referrals.

Goals

• To increase the percentage of self onboarded drivers to the point that it’ll

become the majority channel of new enrollments.

• To make a proper referral system in gojek, which can be applicable to any

service.

Approach

• Researched and analysed the proper flow of any referral system.

• Collaborated with Project Managers and operation team members for better

understanding of user goals and company requirements.

• Designed an elegant and simple design for better articulation of informations
