In our opinion, properly marketed and promoted, your home should realise offers in the vicinity of $2,400,000-$2,500,000
based on recent sales within your area. Please note that this appraisal is only valid for 30 days from the date of
presentation as it is our opinion of the likely selling price at this time with current market conditions.
Commission Fee
Regarding our proposed fee, we will be happy to offer the amount of 1.8% Including GST for our services.
Proposed Marketing Budget
Essentially, the cost of marketing will depend on the strategy and budget that you decide to use, each major real estate
website will charge different amounts for their listings privileges. The cost of marketing will always vary depending on the
local market and the type of property.
It’s important to remember that there is always one chance to make a first impression.
Because of the uniqueness and value of this apartment, we propose a marketing budget of $5,000- $10,000 in order to
