Imagine that you are lost in the mountains. You need to go north to go home.
It’s dark and you don’t have a compass. There is nobody! How can you find
north?
Look for the Big Dipper in the sky. The Big Dipper looks like a big bowl with a
handle. It has seven stars. There are three stars on the handle. And there are
four stars on the bowl. Find the two stars on the end of the bowl. They point to
the North Star. The North Star always points north. So just follow the North Star.
