H ybrid cars are the cars of the future.
Soon, we will be driving hybrid cars
because we will need to save energy and the
environment. Hybrid cars use electricity
and gas. (a) They save energy and are good for
the environment because they don’t use as much gas as normal cars do.
Many companies make hybrid cars, but people usually don’t buy them
. Companies have to do more research and make
hybrid cars cheaper. But (b) it will not be easy because it requires a lot of
time and money.
Right now, companies pay more attention to building and selling normal
cars. They focus on normal cars because (c) they need to make money.
Sadly, not many people are willing to pay a lot of money to buy expensive
hybrid cars. They may care a lot for the environment, but most people just
can’t afford a hybrid car. Hybrid cars are like cellphones. Ten years ago,
cellphones were very expensive, and only rich businessmen owned
