1 Number chip set (1-9), Operation chip (-)

1 Prepare one 「Create Expressions」 activity board, one number chip set
from 1 to 9, and one operation chip (-).

2 Shuffle all the number chips face down.
3 Select four number chips and make a number sentence with the least

difference on the activity board.
