Materials: 2 Number chip sets (1-9), 4 Magic square sheets
Break free from the magic when the sums of numbers in each line are the
same. Solve the magic square puzzles by moving the given number chips.
Hund. 1. Each player takes a number chip set from 1 to 9.
Board 2. Each player selects one magic square sheet and places it in front of him/her.
3. Each player selects the number chips in order from 1 as many as the blanks on the
selected sheet.
4. Place the selected chips to find the sums of numbers in each row, in each column, and
in each diagonal in both directions are the same.
5. The player who completes first says “Facto”. When the other player completes, the
players check the answer together.
6. The player earns points as many chips as he/she used if he/she solves the puzzle
correctly and earns two more points if he/she completes the puzzle first.
7. Change the sheets and play several rounds. The player who earns more points wins.
