ส�ำนักงำนบริหำรหนี้สำธำรณะ หรือ สบน. เป็นองค์กร
เล็กๆ มีบุคลำกรไม่มำกนัก แต่มีภำรกิจครอบคลุม

หนี้สำธำรณะของประเทศนับเป็นวงเงินมหำศำล จำกวันที่
เริ่มจัดตั้ง สบน. นับจนถึงปัจจุบัน สบน. ได้จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยยก
สถำนะเป็นกรม ครบรอบปีที่ 10 ในปี 2555

กำรก�ำหนดกลยุทธ์ในกำรท�ำงำนเป็นสิ่งที่ผู้บริหำร Message from the

ผ่ำนปัญหำอุปสรรคซึ่งนับเป็นควำมท้ำทำยหลำกหลำย

รูปแบบ ไม่ว่ำจะเป็นปัญหำค่ำเงินบำทในประเทศ ปัญหำ
ควำมขัดแย้งทำงกำรเมือง ปัญหำเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ
ในภูมิภำค ปัญหำเศรษฐกิจ Hamburger Crisis จำก
สหรัฐอเมริกำ รวมทั้งปัญหำหนี้สำธำรณะในยุโรปซึ่งยัง The Public Debt Management Offifice (PDMO) is

In 2012, PDMO celebrated its 10-year anniversary

since it’s establishment as a department.
Since the day PDMO was founded,
