【摘要】目的：观察冠心宁注射液联合替格瑞洛治疗 ST 段抬高型心肌梗死（STEMI）患者的效果。方法：选
取100例STEMI患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组患者给予替格
瑞洛治疗，研究组患者给予冠心宁注射液联合替格瑞洛治疗，比较两组临床症状评分、心功能指标水平及
不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，研究组胸痛、心悸、疲倦及气短评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意

义（P<0.01）；研究组左室收缩末期直径、左室射血分数及心电图评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P<0.01）；研究组出血、呼吸困难等不良反应发生率为 10.00%，高于对照组的 6.00%，但差异无统计学意
义（P>0.05）。结论：冠心宁注射液联合替格瑞洛治疗STEMI患者，能改善患者心功能及临床症状，不会增
加不良反应，安全性高。

[Abstract]
[Abstract] Objective:Objective: To observe the effect of Guanxinning injection combined with Tigrailo on ST-segment eleva-
tion myocardial infarction (STEMI). MethodsMethods:100 STEMI patients were selected as the research object and divided

into control group and research group with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method.Pa-
tients in the control group were treated with tigrew,while patients in the study group were treated with Guanxinning
injection combined with tigrew. The clinical symptom score,cardiac function index level and adverse reactions of the
two groups were compared. ResultsResults: After treatment, the scores of chest pain, palpitation, fatigue and shortness of
breath in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.01).

The left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and electrocardiogram score in the study
group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.01).The incidence
of bleeding,dyspnea and other adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,higher than 6.00% in the control
group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). ConclusionConclusion:Guanxinning Injection combined with

Tigrailo in the treatment of STEMI patients can improve the patients' cardiac function and clinical symptoms without
increasing adverse reactions and has high safety.
