INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS CEREMONY

(All officers to be installed assembled in the front of the room as the installing
Officers gives the Charge and instructs all officers to raise their hands.)

You are challenged to serve in honor and loyalty as demanded by GOLD, in
faith and purity with spiritual values as demanded by SILVER. You are directed
by PINK to serve with distinction in courage, sacrifice and consideration for others.

Raise your right hand and repeat after me:

I, , cognizant of the duties and responsibilities
of the office to which I have been elected to serve, will do my best to carry out those
responsibilities as defined by our Constitution and Bylaws. Through knowledge,
integrity and faith in God, I now go forth to serve.

Let us now bow our heads to invoke God’s blessings.

O, Heavenly Father, may we open our hearts and minds to Your leading. Please
give us the courage to say “Thy will be done in all things” as we recognize with
thankfulness that You are a loving God, the light of the world, Omnipotent and
Omnipresent, our Leader Supreme.

We ask, Dear Lord, that Thou will give us the wisdom and strength that we need
for every task and abide with us always that we may honor You by working together
in harmony. Amen.

(Presiding officer will give instructions for the participants to return to their seats.
No entering or exiting from the room once the Ritual begins.)
