It is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to the 50 Area One Leadership
Conference, our first virtual conference ever! We are blessed to have you join
us as we celebrate your accomplishments and continued commitment to
transforming your communities through service. 2020 was a year filled with
unprecedented trial and triumph during this pandemic and you have truly risen
to the occasion. It is by the grace of God that we are here. Good things are on
the horizon in 2021!

I encourage you to take advantage of every opportunity to learn while attending the conference. Remember
our Top Teens of America motto “Participation is our Foundation as Leaders of Tomorrow.” Take time to
connect with your fellow Area One Top Teens, exchange ideas, and most of all have fun as we work together
to “ExCel: Excellence through Culture, Education, and Leadership.” You are becoming the leaders of
