ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Top Teens carrying electronic communication devices shall set the device to silent/vibrate or in the “off” position during
all business sessions, workshops and or forums.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Announcements to the Area One Conference shall be made by the Area One Director of Operations or designee, and
may be submitted in writing, email or text message with the name and chapter of the Top Teen submitting the
announcement.

PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY

The current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, newly revised, shall govern all proceedings of the Area One Conference -
2021 that are not provided for in the National Constitution and Bylaws and Area One Bylaws of Top Teens of America.

REVIEW BOARD

The Area One Review is scheduled to take place as needed. Teens failing to report to the Review Board will result in
an automatic fine of $50.00 to the chapter. This $50.00 is in addition to all other penalties that may be imposed
according to the violation/s of the National Code of Ethics.
