Voting strength will be announced at the beginning of each plenary session. Each delegate must have certified
prior to the start of the session in order to be included in the chapter voting strength.

Late attendees will have to request to be seated from the presiding officer. The delegate will need to seek
privileges of the floor, upon recognition by the presiding officer she shall state his/ her name, chapter indicating
he/she is a delegate requesting to be seated. Upon recognition from the presiding officer, the voting strength will
be amended by the Area Financial Secretary.
