Area One Top Teens President: Treasurer what is the meaning of the open book, the scroll, and quill and pen?

TREASURER: The open book indicates knowledge. The scroll represents our schedule of events, activities,
and achievements, which will be inscribed in history. The quill and pen represents the means, which we can
reach out and extend a helping hand to the people of the world.

Area One Top Teens President: Top Teens of America why are we here?

MEMBERS UNISON: We are here to develop skills, which will help in carrying out our purposes as set forth
by Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated. We are here to exchange ideas and to devise new ways, in which we
can serve senior citizens, enhance the status of women, initiate community partnerships and beautify America.
Thus, we are here to add new links to strength the chair of friendship to improve our moral, social, educational
and spiritual values and thereby help to make this world a better place to live.
