Meet the managing director

Greg Elhen

After I got my Bachelors degree in Building Construction Management from the

university of NSW and I studied at UTS Masters of Architecture. I started

working for the big design and construction companies such as Project Control

Group, Buildcorp, HPA Architects, Prestige Building Services and Mirvac

construction. I spent 10 years of my life working at those companies and I am

grateful to have been a part of the design and construction of Sydney’s nest

landmark projects such as Walsh Bay redevelopment, a $600 Million project

located at Hickson Road Walsh Bay. This project included luxury mix used

residential and commercial high-rise apartments with marinas, the

refurbishment of bond stores and infrastructure works. Pzer Head oce a $45

Million project located at North Ryde and many other Sydney based low,

medium and high-rise residential and commercial projects, by September 2006

I had more than enough knowledge and experience in the industry to start up

my own company: Oscar design and Construction. My business goals have

been to continue to provide a high level of service and to accomplish the best

possible design and construction solutions to my clients, no matter the size of
