PAUL ALESSIO
Construction Manager
Paul’s 26 years of construction management experience has always centered around what
is most important for the client. Paul’s knowledge of the construction process ensures a
project that is on-scope and on-budget. Paul’s project experience ranges from multifamily,
hospitality, medical, education, specialty retail, religious and general commercial with
project values from $200,000 to $55+ million.
Paul’s experience serving as Chairman of the City of Scottsdale Planning Commission
(Present), City of Scottsdale Development Review Board Member (2014-2015)
and formal education earning Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Organizational
Communication and Management serves clients well during the early development
of projects. Prior professional experience includes serving as Managing Partner for a
Scottsdale/Phoenix based general contractor, Man-aging Partner for a consulting firm and
serving in business development for one of the largest health care organizations in the
United States.
MALCOM T. PATTEN, PE, LEED AP
Construction Manager
Malcom has over 45 years of Construction Management experience including building
Master Planning Communities, championship golf courses, residential subdivisions and
industrial facilities. Malcom’s responsibilities included coordination of design consultants,
general contractors and specialty contractors, project budgeting, scheduling, contract
administration, safety compliance, quality control and cost monitoring.
With a B.S. in Civil Engineering, he holds licenses as a professional engineer in Florida,
Vermont & New Mexico as well as an Arizona General Commercial Contractor’s License
and is USGBC LEED Accredited.
ERIC J. GERSTER
Project Manager
With over 15 years of experience in constructing residential neighborhoods, Eric brings
extensive residential land development experience and construction management skills
to the firm. In addition, he possess exceptional skills in under-standing governmental
planning, zoning, permitting and field inspection policies and practices. Eric has managed
over $20-million in projects in the Phoenix area.
