                                              Proven Onboarding Methodology

A2Pay contracts with partners in the market (Executrac, Associations, and Stokvels etc.) to secure the stores and
uses a set of specific criteria that ensures a high rate of success and adoption of the program and the technology.
The coaches are integral to the project and hold the relationship with each store owner. Teams comprised of a
team leader and three (3) coaches manage the end to end roll out of the Jobs Fund Programme. 100%

and face to face sessions with group work, technical training on the business management tool, basic FMCG
principles and financial literacy. There is a coaching program for the merchant the operator and the coach all of
which are linked into the pathways career program.
The Jobs Fund project has been assessed as having the potential to effect long term systemic change in South
African spaza shop sector, with improvements in financial record keeping, retail disciplines and financial
sustainability as well as facilitating market integration and financial inclusion through the platform. The tested
workflow/roll out model allows for scaling at a national level.
