Winnie Gittens, Bayada Home Health Care
Winnie showed compassion and patience
with one client in particular, who performed
tasks very slowly and required a lot of
guidance. Having observed the client in rehab
sessions, Winnie brought the client a yoga
mat to help him perform his exercises at
home on the days he did not have formal
therapy.
